Is Bibli-O-Matic safe?
Detects ISBNs on web pages and shows bibliographic details from BiblioShare.
This extension finds valid ISBN-10 and ISBN-13 numbers on web pages and adds a small red icon next to them. Clicking the icon opens details such as title, subtitle, author, format information, images, metadata keywords, and available ONIX 2.1 or 3.0 records. Bibliographic information comes from BookNet Canada’s BiblioShare Web Services.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed Bibli-O-Matic contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
