Is CFCA CryptoKit.Paperless.genesisfin Extension safe?

CFCA CryptoKit relays messages from genesisfin.net pages to any native messaging host named by the page.

The extension lets web pages on genesisfin.net, and on plain-http 106.75.6.224, connect to a native application installed on the computer and pass messages to it. The native host name comes from the page's message rather than a fixed list, and replies are returned to the page. It is a certificate and signing helper for the vendor's paperless service.
