Is Dark Mode - Dark Theme for Chrome safe?

Dark Mode for Chrome applies dark theme styling to all websites using locally-bundled CSS inversion and dynamic recoloring logic.

The extension injects a content script on every page that rewrites stylesheets using CSS filters, SVG color matrix inversion, and dynamically generated dark-theme rules. All configuration files (site lists, dynamic-fix rules, static themes) are bundled locally inside the extension — no remote config is fetched at runtime. The only external URLs in the code are one-time redirects to dark-mode.net triggered on install and uninstall.
