Is 네이버 영어사전 (DeepL) safe?

DeepL dictionary sends text you select on any page to Naver's English dictionary or DeepL to look up or translate it.

A content script runs on every page and watches for lookup gestures (double-click, Ctrl+drag, or Ctrl+Alt+drag). When you trigger one, the selected text is forwarded to en.dict.naver.com for a dictionary lookup, or POSTed to DeepL's translation API using a DeepL API key you supply in the options. Only text you explicitly select with a gesture is sent; the dictionary path is limited to short English selections, while the DeepL translate path forwards the selection as-is.
