Is Disable Page Visibility API safe?

Disables the Page Visibility API on all websites so pages cannot use it to tell whether they are visible.

This extension blocks webpages from using the Page Visibility API, which some sites use to pause video playback or other processing in background tabs. It applies to all pages, but it does not disable other visibility-related signals such as blur and focus events.
