Is Easy Window Resizer safe?

This extension resizes and positions the browser window using presets, custom dimensions, and screen locations.

It lets you apply common window sizes, enter and save custom width and height values, and reuse the five most recent sizes. You can capture the current window dimensions and snap the window to positions such as center or screen corners, including on the current screen in multi-monitor setups.
