Is Export Tabs as Text File safe?

Exports the URLs from open tabs to a text file and can reopen saved URLs later.

This extension lets you save the URLs of all tabs in the current Chrome window as a .txt file with a click. It can also import a saved text file of URLs and reopen them as tabs in the current browser or in incognito mode, though some internal or local pages may not reopen.
