Is Force Light Mode safe?

This extension toggles webpages into a bright light theme with white backgrounds and black text.

With a click on the extension icon, it changes webpage styling to use a white background, black text, blue underlined links, and a light appearance. The mode can be turned on only when wanted and reversed without reloading the page, with icon feedback showing when it is active.
