Is Capture to a Gif safe?

Capture to a Gif sends the hostname of the page you record to Google Analytics on each GIF or PNG capture, tied to a persistent install ID.

When you finish a GIF recording or take a PNG, the editor sends the captured page's hostname to Google Analytics 4 as an event label, along with a persistent random client ID generated at install. This analytics reporting is on by default and only stops if you turn off the 'noAnalysis' option in settings. The capture data itself stays in the browser; only the hostname and usage events are transmitted.
