Is Link in Current Tab safe?

Forces links that would open in a new tab to open in the current tab instead.

This extension makes page links open in the current tab, including links that use target="_blank". The description says it works on sites with dynamically loaded content, while Ctrl-click and middle-click can still open links in a new tab.
