Is Load Background Tabs Lazily safe?

Loads only a set number of new background tabs at once and delays the rest.

This extension queues newly opened background tabs with HTTP or HTTPS URLs and lets only a configured number load at the same time. As each tab finishes loading, the next blocked tab in the queue is allowed to load. Its options and toolbar popup provide access to commands and settings for this behavior.
