Is Measuremate — Pixel Ruler for Web Design safe?

Measuremate sends license keys and email addresses over unencrypted HTTP to a bare IP address.

When a user enters or revalidates a license key, the extension transmits the key, email address, and a timestamp to http://80.249.151.223:8080 via plaintext HTTP — with no TLS. The same bare IP is contacted automatically at service-worker startup for any user who has a stored activation code, exposing credentials to any passive network observer on the same path.
