Is My Hero Academia Cursor safe?

This extension replaces the default cursor with My Hero Academia-themed cursor designs.

It adds a settings box opened from the browser toolbar icon where you can choose My Hero Academia cursor designs. The description also mentions quick access to more cursor themes and notes that newly installed cursor effects may require refreshing already open tabs.
