Is Personal Blocklist (not by Google) safe?

Hides user-selected unwanted sites from Google search results.

This extension lets you maintain a personal blocklist for Google results so selected sites are removed from view. It stores blocklist information locally through browser storage and has access to Google search domains to modify results pages. The description states it does not send block information to Google.
