Is ProTABS - The Tab Manager for Pros safe?

Manages large numbers of browser tabs with grouping, saving, search, restore, and tab pausing features.

This extension helps users organize tabs by pinning frequently used pages, creating groups, and viewing tabs grouped by site or topic. It lets users save tabs for later, search and switch between open tabs, restore recently closed tabs, and move related tabs into a new window. It can also pause unused tabs or save and close inactive tabs after a period of disuse.
