Is RecordBlast — Powerful Screen Capture Tool safe?

Records your screen, browser tab, webcam, and audio with optional on-screen annotations.

This extension lets you capture your full screen, a window, a browser tab, and webcam overlay, with options for microphone and system audio. It includes a recording toolbar for timer, pause/resume, stop, microphone toggle, and drawing tools such as pen, highlighter, arrows, shapes, text, undo, and clear all. The store description says recordings do not require sign-up, time limits, watermarks, or cloud upload.
