The extension injects scripts into YouTube and YouTube Studio pages to replace or supplement commenter display names with their channel handles. It stores user preferences locally via chrome.storage. A MAIN-world script publishes the extension's internal build ID to the page, allowing any other YouTube-origin script to send forged postMessages to the extension's ISOLATED-world bridge and alter display settings.
