Is Runet Censorship Bypass safe?

Runet Censorship Bypass routes browser traffic through third-party proxies and re-fetches its PAC script from remote URLs every 12 hours.

The extension installs a PAC (Proxy Auto-Config) script that directs HTTP and HTTPS requests through proxy servers operated by the extension authors, including proxy.antizapret.prostovpn.org, n.thenewone.lol, and s.thenewone.lol. The PAC script itself is downloaded from remote sources such as e.cen.rodeo and GitHub every 12 hours with no integrity verification, meaning the proxy configuration can be changed at any time by the remote server. Plain HTTP traffic routed through these proxies exposes the full URL and page content to the proxy operators; HTTPS traffic exposes at least the destination hostname via the CONNECT tunnel.
