Is Scrollbar of Contents safe?

Adds clickable scrollbar markers for page headings so you can jump between sections.

This extension scans a loaded page for headings and shows proportional markers along the scrollbar when you click its toolbar icon. You can click a marker to scroll to that section, use keyboard shortcuts to show, hide, minimize, or maximize the markers, and adjust behavior on the options page.
