Is Select box filter safe?

Adds a keyword filter field to select boxes when you Ctrl-click or Command-click them.

This extension lets you filter the options in a select box by Ctrl-clicking or Command-clicking it, then typing a keyword into the input field that appears next to it. Filtering ignores differences in uppercase and lowercase, hiragana and katakana, and full-width and half-width characters. The filter field appears only for the selected dropdown, limiting changes to the page layout.
