Is SERP100 – 100 Google Results safe?

This extension appends up to 100 organic Google results onto one search results page.

SERP100 detects a normal Google search, fetches additional results pages in the background, and adds organic results to the current page with numbered dividers and a loading status bar. It lets users choose 20, 50, or 100 results, toggle the feature from the popup, and stores preferences locally with chrome.storage.sync.
