Shipping Details & Search installs an affiliate-tagged Yahoo search provider and forwards saved tracking numbers to shippingdetails.com.

The extension overrides the browser's default search provider with a Yahoo URL that includes affiliate tracking parameters (hspart, hsimp, type) identifying the publisher, without disclosing this in the UI. Any package tracking numbers the user saves are transmitted to shippingdetails.com via GET and POST requests — including a periodic background POST every 3 hours that runs regardless of user interaction.
