Is SmartUpscale safe?

This extension keeps integer-scaled webpage images sharp with nearest-neighbor scaling.

It adjusts images on webpages so images enlarged by an exact integer scale use nonblurry nearest-neighbor scaling, while fractional scales use regular scaling. It processes images after a page loads, after dynamic page changes, and when browser zoom changes, with options to set a maximum zoom level or disable blur globally.
