Is Spotify Dynamic Theme Plus safe?

This extension changes the Spotify web player background to match the currently playing song or album cover.

It applies a dynamic skin to open.spotify.com with visual effects and transitions based on the playing track’s artwork. Options include disabling animations, making the sidebar dark, disabling transparent lyrics, and switching back to an older-style layout with the Home button at the side.
