Is Symbol Typer - Write Math and Symbols Easily safe?

Type math, science, and other symbols from plain-text shortcuts in the browser.

This extension opens a symbol-typing tool where shortcuts like e^x, \alpha, and H_2 can be converted into formatted symbols such as eˣ, α, and H₂. It includes symbol buttons and can be activated with Alt+Shift+Z or a custom Chrome extension shortcut. The store description says no permissions are required for it to work.
