Is Tab Pinner (Keyboard Shortcuts) safe?

Adds keyboard shortcuts for pinning and unpinning browser tabs.

This extension lets you pin or unpin the current tab with a configurable keyboard shortcut, with Ctrl+Shift+X or Command+Shift+X as the default. It also provides shortcuts to pin all tabs or unpin all pinned tabs in the current window. The store description says it requires no special permissions and does not inject anything into pages.
