Is Tab ReTitle safe?

This extension lets you rename browser tab titles and keep custom titles across sessions.

Click the toolbar icon, use the context menu, or press Alt+Shift+X to set a custom title for the current tab. It supports persistent titles, temporary titles, tab-locked titles, domain-level titles, bookmark title use, title prefixes, and beta regex matching or replacements. It can access tabs, bookmarks, storage, context menus, and pages on all URLs to apply title changes.
