Is Tile Tabs WE safe?

This extension arranges multiple browser tabs into resizable tiled layouts within a parent window.

It lets you switch between a normal browser view and a tiled view with tabs arranged horizontally, vertically, or in a grid. You can create layouts from the toolbar button, menus, or keyboard shortcuts, resize tile borders, use synchronized scrolling to compare pages, and save layouts to reopen later.
