Is TooSlow? - Load Websites Faster safe?

This extension speeds up browsing by caching pages, preloading likely links, and reducing full page reloads.

It converts navigation on websites into a smoother no-refresh experience where supported. It also caches requests for previously visited pages and can preload content when it predicts you may visit it. Features are enabled by default and can be turned off per website if a site has problems.
