Translate and Speak Subtitles for YouTube sends device and usage telemetry to a third-party Aliyun log endpoint on install and on UI clicks.

The extension translates and reads aloud YouTube subtitles, and runs only on youtube.com. On install and when you interact with its popup, it transmits a persistent anonymous ID (an MD5 hash stored in chrome.storage.local), your full browser user-agent string, language, and the current page URL to an Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun) Simple Log Service endpoint. No page content, browsing history, or credentials are collected, and the extension cannot run outside YouTube.
