Is Trinka AI for Firefox safe?
Trinka AI for Firefox sends the full URL of every page you load to Amplitude and relays page messages into background requests.
On every page and frame, the content script logs the page URL to Amplitude in an 'editable_text_zone' event, whether or not you use the extension there. It also forwards any message posted by a web page to the background script without checking its origin, which can make requests to arbitrary URLs with page-chosen headers and body, and can overwrite the stored login token.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed Trinka AI for Firefox contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
