Is TruBot Web Automation safe?

TruBot Web Automation runs script text sent by its background worker inside every web page you open.

The extension loads a content script on all http and https pages and frames that evaluates script text it receives from its background worker for recording and playback of browser automation. The background worker's script source is not included in the package, so where that script text originates cannot be confirmed. No page-facing message listener or external connection was found.
