Is visited link enabler safe?

This extension enables visited-link colors across websites for easier browsing.

The extension makes previously visited links display using the visited-link color set in Firefox options. On Android, the description says the color can be adjusted through about:config because Firefox color options are not available there. Its permissions allow it to work on all websites and use browser storage, tabs, the active tab, and context menus.
