Is Volume Booster safe?

Boosts and customizes audio volume for browser tabs with saved per-tab settings.

This extension increases audio volume beyond default browser limits for HTML5 audio and video on sites such as YouTube, streaming platforms, podcasts, and other websites. It provides a volume slider, enable/disable toggle, equalizer presets, bass boost, and controls for adjusting audio in individual active tabs. It remembers custom volume levels for each tab and restores them when you return to that tab.
