Is YouTube Downloader (UDL Helper) safe?

YouTube Downloader (UDL Helper) sends browser cookies to a third-party tracking domain before the user accepts any consent prompt.

On first install, the extension makes a credentials-included fetch to r.clckgo.online/user, transmitting any stored cookies for that domain without waiting for user consent. After consent is granted, the extension also POSTs the current page URL, a persistent device UUID, and browser metadata to api.videodlservice.com on navigation events across YouTube, Instagram, and OK.ru. When a user views a video page, metadata including title, description, channel name, and upload date is collected and sent alongside the same UUID to api.videodlservice.com.
