Is Desaturate Favicons safe?
This extension shows background tab favicons in grayscale while keeping the active tab icon in color.
It desaturates favicons for all inactive tabs to create a more minimal tab bar. When you switch tabs, the newly active tab’s icon returns to full color and the previous tab’s icon becomes grayscale. It has no settings and starts working after installation.
