When you browse recruiting and sales-intelligence sites such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, or compose/reply to a Gmail message, the extension parses visible name, phone, email, employer, and job title fields from the page. It sends this data to Ebsta's own Bullhorn-integration servers to add, update, or search matching CRM records, which is the core function of this recruiting-CRM sync tool.
