Is Highlight safe?

Highlight selected phrases on webpages and manage saved highlights from a popup.

This extension lets you toggle a highlighter cursor with Ctrl + A or the popup button, then select phrases on webpages to highlight. Highlighted phrases are saved on the device and can be copied, deleted, or changed between five preset colors from the popup or a quick menu on the page.
