Is Keyboard Shortcuts to Close Other/Right Tabs safe?

Adds keyboard shortcuts for closing other tabs, closing tabs to the right, and pinning the current tab.

This extension provides three Chrome keyboard shortcuts: Alt-Shift-O closes other tabs, Alt-Shift-R closes tabs to the right, and Alt-Shift-P pins the current tab. The description also references a separate extension for tab-moving shortcuts, but those functions are not included here.
