Is Mark tab manager safe?

Automatically groups Chrome tabs by domain and sorts them alphabetically.

This extension organizes open and newly created tabs using Chrome’s native tab groups. It can be configured to group tabs, sort tabs, consolidate tabs across windows, or manually organize tabs in cleanup mode.
