Is Return YouTube Dislike safe?

Return YouTube Dislike assigns each user a persistent ID and sends it alongside video IDs and vote choices to its own API.

On first install, the extension generates a random 36-character user ID and stores it in sync storage. Each time a YouTube video loads, it sends the video ID and like count to returnyoutubedislikeapi.com; when the user votes, it sends the persistent user ID, video ID, and vote value together. Because the same ID is used across sessions, the API accumulates a pseudonymous record linking the user's vote history across videos.
