Is Scroll Capture safe?

Scroll Capture sends the active tab's page URL to Google Analytics each time the extension toolbar is opened.

When a user opens the Scroll Capture panel, the extension captures the current page's origin and pathname and forwards them to Google Analytics via a Measurement Protocol POST request. Each request is paired with a persistent client UUID stored in chrome.storage.local and a session identifier, allowing Google to associate toolbar usage with a specific browser profile over time.
