Is SOCKS5 Configurator Pro safe?

This extension manages SOCKS5 proxy settings through switchable scenes for different environments.

It lets users create proxy scenes for places like work, home, or a coffee shop and switch between them from a simple interface. It shows connection status and latency for scenes, and includes customizable bypass rules for sites, banking, and local networks. The store description says data is stored locally and that there is no analytics or tracking.
