The extension enhances Google NotebookLM by adding features such as folder management, audio recording, and source organization, operating exclusively on notebooklm.google.com. On first launch it generates a random UUID and stores it in local storage, then sends this identifier alongside event names and parameters to Google Analytics each time the user opens the popup, views a page, or clicks a button. No browsing history or notebook content is included in these analytics payloads.
