Is Country Flags & IP Whois safe?

Low risk

Country Flags & IP Whois loads a GeoLite2 database from a CDN without integrity checks to resolve page IP addresses to countries.

The extension intercepts web requests to read each tab's server IP address and resolves it to a country using a local MaxMind GeoLite2 database. On startup, the service worker fetches this database binary from cdn.jsdelivr.net if a locally cached copy is not available, with no checksum or signature validation applied to the downloaded binary before it is loaded into memory. IP address data is processed locally and is not transmitted to external servers.
